How to report a factual error to Lumavryn and what happens when published information needs correcting.
Report an error
If you believe a Lumavryn page contains a factual error, outdated product detail, broken link or misleading statement, email admin@lumavryn.com. Include the page URL, the statement you believe is wrong and, where possible, a primary source that supports the correction.
What we review
We prioritise errors that could materially change a buying decision: pricing structure, plan limitations, security or privacy claims, product availability, affiliate disclosures, feature availability and incorrect comparisons.
What happens next
We check the claim against appropriate evidence. If a material error is confirmed, we update the page. Minor spelling, formatting and clarity edits may be corrected without a separate notice.
Vendor requests
Companies are welcome to point out factual errors, but they do not receive editorial approval over our verdicts, rankings, drawbacks or comparisons.
